“Property never shown to us. Unable to locate silverware. One of 2 ac units did not work. No washer as advertised. No swimming pool as advertised. Special code for beach & gate entrance never given. Bathroom door broken. Needs more clothes storage for extended stay. Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around. Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties. ”

“The location was perfect by the bridge. So spacious I wish my friends and family were with us. Every amenity was there. Huge bath tub but dont think the jets worked. The top burner was very hard to see to turn on and had to get the staff to come and show us how. Even a small roof top patio above the monk stairs to share with the other two floors. One of the best places i have stayed. Highly recommend it. Great value.”
