「Our stay was ok, the location was convenient.. Ii was good to have our dog stay with us. We did have no refrigerator for 3 days and the maintenance brought in a refrigerator.. Also the shower was tricky between the shower curtain and the shower head we always ended up with water on the floor.」

「I attended a conference downtown Minneapolis and stayed here. Really excellent option for me. Nicer than most of the hotels I could have chosen while paying significantly less. 「We enjoyed our stay in Northeast Minneapolis. It was in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself was fair-had all the amenities we needed. The house smelled a bit musty, could benefit from a dehumidifier in the summer months. The two bathrooms were nice to have for our group of ten. The basement bathroom had black mold around the shower. But for the little time we spent there, it was okay. Thanks for having us.」

「We had great weather to utilize the wonderful outdoor space of this property for coffee on the deck in the morning to cookout and hammerschlagen in the evening. 2 couples with 6 adult children enjoyed having their own bedroom along with ample bathrooms to not feel cramped. Very clean! Had an issue with internet/cable, but the owner responded in a timely manner to rectify the issue.」

「This was our second stay at Andrew’s place. We moved a year ago to northern MN from the Cities but need to return for appointments, shopping, and visits to friends. We love the yard for our dog, the kitchen with all the basics, and the comfy couch and bed. We especially love that Minnehaha Falls—our fave Minneapolis hangout—is two blocks away. Very pleasant experience!」

「We had a great time at this property - fit all of our needs for visiting Minneapolis while having a busy schedule. Was a good value for the price. We didn't end up having a full group of 10 which worked out for us - not sure 10 adults would fit comfortably on 4 beds but didn't end up being an issue for us. Overall great time!」
