"From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like we were the only ones there. Everyone we encountered whether the front desk, gardeners, housekeeping, waiters, pool staff, everyone was so friendly. The food was amazing, the grounds were kept to perfection and you cannot beat the location. We felt a world away from civilization but had all the comforts you would expect from a high end hotel. We tell people this was our favorite stop on our trip and we went to Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora. We would visit again in a heartbeat, only for longer this time. "

"The hotel staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and worked hard to make it an enjoyable experience. The breakfast was excellent!! Happy hour was ok but there was not much interaction with the other guests. Drink selection was ok but not great. Was hoping for more engagement or social events. Great to have the restaurant close by. Did not like climbing the hill to our room so many times but had a great view once there!!! We got locked out of room on the porch but our neighbor saved us. Not sure what to do if that happened again (?). Fun place and very clean -pure paradise. "

"The best beach vacation we’ve had - Bora Bora is a wonderful island and the Four Seasons is nothing less than spectacular. The service is top notch and the property is just so fantastic. We love the over watch bungalow and lagoons with all the marine life. Spa, amenities, pool and water sports are all great. Truly a trip to paradise."

"The Raiatea Lodge Hotel was very clean, quiet, and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We stayed five days and had a lovely stay. My only disappointment was that we had to cross a road to get to the ocean but the snorkeling was incredible as well as the sunsets!"

"The property is beautiful and the overwater bungalows are well maintained! Breakfast buffet didn’t disappoint either - very good selection of a wide variety of items. Staff at the resort were underwhelming unfortunately in terms of service. This started with my pre-arrival communications with their concierge, which was consistently delayed and slow on Thalasso’s end. This only continued during my stay at the property. Many staff at the pool and restaurants didn’t even speak or understand fluent English. Due to their poor communication skills, they never extended to help in any capacity like providing towels, bringing water, checking in, etc. Overall pretty mixed experience. Expected much better service given how nice the property is. "
