“The place is good cause we needed privacy and away from town, but the place was not clean. In the bathroom the arr spider webs and ant hills under basin. We stayed for 2 days and the linen was not changed, the was dust on the study table and the pedestals. When you drain water from the tub or flash the is a awful smell dont know from where. But the receptionist Melody, she was the best 10/10.”

“Wir haben das Riverhaus (Familien-Chalet) für 4 Personen gebucht. Das war sehr schön und grosszügig. Die Tiere (Nyala, Warzenschweine usw.) konnten wir von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Im holzbefeuerten Whirpool (wird von den Mitarbeitern aufgeheizt, kostet zusätzlich) haben wir die Umgebung genossen, war toll. Auch sonst war alles sehr schön und bestens. Die morgendliche Anfahrt ins "Big-5-Gebiet" dauert etwas und man muss sich warm anziehen, lohnt sich aber auf jeden Fall.”

“This property exceeded our expectations. The friendly owners communicated with us through the whole stay via whatsapp. It was clean and had everything we needed. The scenery was beyond beautiful with the sound of the river just outside. Also the illusion of being in a tree house, it was just phenominal. “Exceptional service from all employees, especially Mr. Njabulo and Mr. Noel I highly recommend the hotel excellent activities, nor did we have time to enjoy them all, the only point that can improve is the possibility of a heated pool and a later check-out, 10 am is too early. ”

“The Blyde Mountain Country House is set back off the main roads, and quite peaceful, charming and very welcoming. Bets (short for Elizabeth) surprised us with an upgrade, and the cottage room was delightful.
