"The LiA hotel is conveniently located near the San Carlos city center/walk street…parking in the courtyard is easy and usually available. Those are the good things. The bad things are that the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors and the people above you if you’re on ground level. We were there for a week and there was loud music most nights. Probably won’t be back. "

"The room with a kitchen efficiency was a great price. I like that the kitchen box is in the room and ready for you, and the staff repacks the box. Unlike other places, you don't have to go back to the front desk to get your kitchen supplies. Would be nice if it included dish soap. Cigerette butts all around building entrances. Each floor has large trash containers at the end of the hallways, and often times would smell. Ice machine in my building broken during most of my 11 day stay. Sheets...

"This place is really nice. Really honest and reasonable rates. I left my charger in the room and I called them and asked them if they could look. They called me back within a few hours and told me that they found the charger which I found to be very considerate of them. Some places wouldn't do that but this place didn't. I would say they're amazing. Thank you for a wonderful night and true honesty in San Francisco"
