“This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited……

“One nit, no WiFi. Direct TV was great. We were able to watch the Pittsburgh Sports Network. Spacious, clean, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Nice to have the linens and towels included too. Deck in the back had a picnic table, 4 Adirondack chairs, grill and a hot tub! Rain kept us from using the Firepit though. Firewood was not provided but you can buy some right across the street. Will be staying there again!”

Great communication with the owner as we had a little trouble with figuring out WiFi and the tv. Lower level definitely chilly but my husband loved it. House was clean and in a great location.”

“This 2nd floor apartment is in a beautiful Victorian house. It is very nicely decorated. Some of the walls are brick which gives it an old world feel. The beds are very comfortable and the overall feel is warm and cozy. The owners had provided snacks and beverages which were very much appreciated after our long drive. The check-in process was quick and easy. It was an awesome place to stay! We only wish that we could have stayed longer.”

“The property was so cute, decked out in Penn State stuff. Recently renovated and modern. Perfect for a couple days. 30 second walk to the main strip, lots of restaurants around. Hosts messaged us about key spots around town to visit and things to do. Coffee machine 10/10. Everything was wonderful, just wish they had an ironing board, I know weird request from a 25 year old. But overall awesome stay, awesome hosts, awesome location for the price!”

“This home is the PERFECT set up for a getaway! It is stocked with whatever you would need. The home is spotless and that says a lot coming from us because we are all clean-freaks. Our host Lane was so accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay here again anytime! Don’t think twice, book this home!”

“"Cabin in the woods" accurately describes your first impressions as you roll into the heavy forest clearing. Great presentation, lovely rustic interior as shown in the pictures. Well equipped kitchen for basic meal preparation. Other than the outcome of the Michigan game it was a perfect weekend! Queen bed mattress is a bit past it's prime but that's the only thing I can think of to improve the quality of the rental. We would stay here again for sure!”
