「Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. 「Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. 「We arrived on a Thursday night. The check-in experience was good. Fast, friendly and concise welcome from the reception staff. We were also given a voucher each for a free welcome drink from the bar. The room was really nice, clean, modern and also very spacious. We noticed 1 fault which was the air conditioning. 「Nice old hotel building. Really clean, in the morning one of the staff cleaned the ceiling (!). Breakfast was good except for the coffee - both machine and filter was not good. Staff at breakfast was helpful and working, but reception was weirdly care to anything. When asking to store luggage, the guy didn’t even realise maybe he was supposed to help taking the luggage away. Just stood there, confused. And then again when picking it up, told us we could just «get it». From behind the counter......
