“First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement……

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The outdoor area was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and swing/slide set. Would definitely recommend!”

“The property seems to be the bottom floor/playroom of the property. It does have two bedrooms which were clean but everything was old and outdated. The fireplace had children’s toys lining the front of it and we could not figure out how to light it. It did have a big beautiful television which worked nicely, a kitchen that was nicely stocked however when we looked in the fridge the previous resident (her son) left his takeout food. The backyard is definitely large, has a fire pit and would be a……
