"I had a great stay only because the reservationist at the Hotel was able to find me a room that Hotels.com failed to reserve with the Biddle Hotel. I had made a reservation through Hotels.com weeks in advance. However, for whatever reason, the Biddle Hotel had no record of it under my name or the reservation number that Hotels.com had given me."

"We were first assigned to Room 120; however the television would not work. We notified the front desk, unplugged the TV from the wall and it still did not work. She moved us to Room 119 and all was good."
