Expedia told the only way they could cancel was for them to contact the hotel. Knowing the challenges with calls in Madagascar, I told Expedia I would call myself as I am here in the country. Sandra answered right away and after I explained my situation told me she would consult with Oliver, the property manager the next day as it was almost 10 pm.……

They also said they would honor the Expedia price we previously paid $40 USD Per night(when we extended 2 night's) but on checkout said we had to pay double that per night. The wifi they claimed was good never worked even in the same room as the router.”
