They seem to be trying..... I would try another before this again. It worked but it was not comfortable. The inside was sort of updated with flooring. The bed wasn't bad. It was not that clean. Needs work. If you are in a pinch it will do the job.

All 3 of us agreed to turn off the air conditioner in the unit because it was difficult to breathe its air. All 3 of us woke up with upper respiratory track infections. Site Management denied told us we were wrong because no one else has claimed sickness from that room. That tells me that they wait for multiple suck people from the same motel room before they lift a finger. I guess my indication should have been the ant infested room, blood stained sheets and blankets. Filthy air conditioner that could be older than my 40 years. Original Generation 1 microwave that looks like it's from the '60s. Not to mention the bone cold breakfast coffee and food that is illegal in most countries.While attending a funeral I was laughed at by multiple locals. Apparently this place is a very well-known dump. I was embarrassed in front of my own children for renting such a dump. Now I know and so do you.

Door lock very difficult to use. At one point thought that we couldn’t even get out! Bathroom door literally will not close. Air conditioner so loud was unable to use. Fridge so loud that had to unplug. Signed in online that we had a dog and ended up having to pay $15 cash in arrival. Small time window for breakfast 7:00 to 9:00am. One good thing was a comfortable bed! But unfortunately was not able to sleep because of it being warm and not being able to use the AC.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and am requesting a refund of my money. This hotel brings true meaning to the phrase Roach Motel, as we found a large cockroach in our room, along with a large spider on the wall, and 2 other bugs crawling around the room. My 10 year old daughter opened the fridge to discover a filthy fridge with an empty case of beer in it. When we got to the hotel around 7pm no one was working the front desk as the owners were off in their private quarters, with no bell or phone to call anyone for help. I had to call out "hello" a dozen times before the owner came out of his private quarters. The keys they gave us did not work. And then they gave us a 2nd set of keys that did not work either. Then the owner came out to our room to dismantle the door handle and lock. We waited for more than 30 minutes to get the keys fixed which caused us to be late for the firework show, which was the ONLY reason we booked that hotel with it's close proximity to the fireworks. When we got back to the room after the firework show our keys didn't work again. The next morning we went to go to the continental breakfast and my daughter tried to open the hotel lobby door at 7am and it was locked. She tried again and the door would not open. Then the owner's wife unlocked the door and yelled at my daughter to not pull on the door so hard and told her she was going to break the door. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and she had the door locked at 7am.
