New 2014 Montreal West Island charming house in the heart of the nature offers guest an unique quiet and comfortably place to stay. The place is fully equipped with quality appliances in an open concept kitchen. It can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children . The house has a high speed internet access WiFi network, smart TV with Netflix and other applications available. Up to 4 cars may be parked in the house driveway.
Place has a spacious living room and a kitchen with quality appliances and a generous island. The dinning table is extendable and can accommodate 8-10 persons. A powder room can be also accessed at the same level.There are 3 closed private bedrooms at the second level of the house and a large bathroom with 2 sinks.
The basement has a queen size bed and a sofa bed, a gorgeous wood finished bar, a second full bathroom and quality washer and dryer machines.From the dining room there is access to a patio, terrace and private fenced backyard.
Guest will have access to entire house except bedrooms which will be available depending on number of guests booked. Basement is considered a bedroom for 4 guests. Access to basement (bedroom + bathroom) is granted for groups booking 7 or more persons.
House is situated next to "Bois-de-l'Île-Bizard Nature Park" a place that will give multiple choice of nature activities due to the diverse range of ecosystems present.
On the island there are 3 golf circuits: "The Royal Montreal Golf Club", "Golf Saint-Raphael" and "Elm Ridge Country Club".
The Royal Montreal Golf Club is the oldest golf club in North America, and the oldest in continuous existence. It was founded in Montreal in 1873 and permission was granted by Queen Victoria to use the prefix "Royal" in 1884.
House is within 3 minutes driving distance to restaurant, gas station and supermarket area that includes groceries, pharmacy, cleaning services and fast-food.
Within 5 minutes driving you can access 2 skating rinks, Sportplexe Pierrefonds and St. Raphael Sports Complex.
Access to the train station can be made by public transit or 15 minutes driving. The airport is situated at 25 minutes driving and Montreal downtown can be accessed in approximately 40 minutes.
For winter ski and other activities there is only a 1 hour drive to "Saint-Sauveur" resort and 1hr40min to "Mont Tremblant" resort. Sugar shack "Sucrerie de la Montagne" is located within 35 minutes where local Quebec maple syrup products and manufacturing process can be enjoyed.
In summer the local Ile Bizard lovely beach and a picnic area can be accessed within 5 minutes driving.
