Be sure to walk around the property, you may come across a deer or fox, so be sure to bring your hiking boots and binoculars!”

“Came to Aiken for a few reasons- 1)check out the "Hallmark" Christmas town 2)Holiday getaway gift to each other 3)visit family who've recently moved there 4)do recon on area for friends looking to acquire horse property & maybe a close getaway for ourselves. House was perfect for us & 2 dogs 🐶🐶 Good size, everything we needed like fenced in yard & a great place to do our walks down beautiful Colleton Ave towards town.(45 min to the Aiken library & back) We were able to go downtown, & 15-20 min……

“I was competing at stable view for an event and we had our parents in town and their dogs. Cristy welcomed the four of us, the two dogs, the horse and the parrot into the mimosa cottage and we all had such a great stay. My horse was so happy in the stall and in the pasture she let us use. 10/10”
