“We spent a wonderful 2 weeks with family and friends at this amazing villa. This is one of the best villas I have ever rented. The social spaces are great giving options for the group to be together and spaces for some quiet time. The quality of kitchen and bathrooms excellent. The pool area is fantastic. The locality has a great deal to offer in Javea. We had a fantastic holiday.”

“A beautiful and very spacious villa. Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children (11,9,7 and 5) enjoyed the freedom of the pool, the grounds and the games room.We did eat out a few times but the BBQ also was well used and with all the different eating areas we could choose how much sun/shade we wanted.Yes, there are a couple of things that are a little dated but overall the villa earns 5 stars - in particular the excellent support of Linda who went out of her way to facilitate our needs.A great……

“No se correspondía lo publicado con lo que te encuentras al llegar, son sólo 100 m2 ya que la parte de arriba no se puede utilizar, tiene un baño en lugar de 2 como pone y no hay cerca ningún lago. Mobiliario barato y faltaba un poco de limpieza. no ha sido una buena experiencia”

“The villa is located in a decent location just outside Javea, the location is fairly quiet and picturesque. There are a few nice restaurants locally and a small supermarket about 3 minutes away by car ( really useful as it had all the essentials so you could avoid traffic in town). The villa is well presented both inside and out, good pool area with covered bar, bbq and outdoor tv. The host is great, really helpful and was quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend and will……

“Villa Mimosa is quite simply a fabulous property, ideally located between Javea (5 min drive) and Denia (15-20 min drive). You will not find a property with much better views than this with the majestic MontGo rising up behind, and views across the valley out to the front. The pool gets sun from 8am all the way through to 8pm while the two terraces offer a nice shady spot for games and dining.
