“As a family (five of us, including three grown up children) had a wonderful two weeks in Perast. The property is great - clean and spacious, with a terrace that overlooks the Bay. Perast is a great little town, only a couple of minutes walk from the house (down a steep path - its a little longer to take the more gentle route). There are plenty of good places to eat. You really need a car to enjoy the area and having a parking space at the house was great. With the car, supermarkets were handy……

“Had a fabulous 5 days at the house, with the views being even more amazing in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with every utensil you’ll need and plenty of plates, cups and glasses. The pool (which is heated) was great for morning, afternoon and evening swims. With 8 adults staying there was plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms to use so we never felt we were getting in the way of each other. A problem we had half-way through the stay was quickly fixed and……

“Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter……

“We spent 2 nights at the Old Vine House - right in the middle of the picture postcard beautiful town of Perast. The house suited us perfectly, clean, comfortable, well equipped and lots of room - the spiral stair case could be an issue for very small kids or anyone with mobility issues (that's made clear in the info anyway) but was totally fine for us. Ray was really helpful and so was Stefany who let us into the house and showed us round. We managed to leave a couple of things behind when we……

“Villa is located in quiet zone and has very nice garden available also for guests. You can reach the nearest beach in 5 min by walking. Groceries and bakery also close to location. Ivan's mother was excellent host. I would recommend it to my friends. Thx Emanuel”

“We didn't get the property that we ordered, due to pest problem, they noticed us 1.5 hour before check in. We had no other option since they didn't give us a cash refund although we paid in advance so the offered us a small apartment above thier house with a promise to partial refund that we didn't get so far, 1 month after.”

“We had an amazing week at Palmagora. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. As it is up in the mountains, the views were fantastic and surroundings were very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Chris shared lots of information before our visit, including detailed directions which was very helpful. Considering the location of the apartment, the detailed directions was very welcome. I would highly recommend it!”

“Die Vermieter wohnen mit im Haus, was wir ja auch wussten. Da wir immer Ferienhäuser mieten sind wir etwas mit gemischten Gefühlen herangegangen. Doch wurden wir so herzlich und aufmerksam von dem Ehepaar empfangen, dass wir uns die zwei Wochen rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, eigentlich genau wir auf den Fotos. Küchenutensilien sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir wurden von Vesna verwöhnt und bekamen Tipps, die wir bei dem für die Gegend ungewöhnlichen unbeständigem Wetter sehr……

“Das Bungalow ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig gelegen und hat den long Beach direkt hinter der tür. Sabina und ihr Mann sind super freundlich und herzliche Menschen und haben und habenuns bei allen Anfragen immer unterstützt. Wir kommen wieder !”

“Leider haben wir ein unsauberes Haus vorgefunden. Am Tag der Ankunft mussten wir alles reinigen und abgelaufene Lebensmittel entsorgen. Der Besitzer hat als Bedingung eine Endreinigung von uns vorausgesetzt, obwohl die Reinigung bereits im Preis enthalten war. Vorsicht beim Benutzen der Einrichtung. Der Besitzer könnte später behaupten, dass Sachen fehlen oder zerstört worden sind. ”

“We had a fantastic week with Milo and Lydija in their lovely appartment in the second floor. The apartment has a large terrasse, and because of the apartments position above the town (20min walk) there was a fantastic view over the bay of Kotor. The landlords are really hospitable and open-minded people, and we got very good advices what to visit and great support with our BBQ. Our kids loved the cats and turtles in the garden. In total, we felt extremely welcome, and recommend it to anyone.”

“Een prachtige plek, iets lastig te vinden. De rust en het zwembad zijn erg fijn en je kunt goed ontspannen. Huisje is ruim. Het huisje was perfect schoon. Olya en Uwe zijn geweldige mensen en willen het je heel graag naar de zin maken, zodat het je aan niets ontbreekt. Bedankt daarvoor”

“Très bel appartement, parfaitement équipé, parfaitement propre. Grande discrétion de Sako, mais grande disponibilité si besoin. Seule surprise pour nous : quelques kms pour se rendre au centre de Kotor, information non indiquée dans la présentation.”

"A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to choose from. Overall, it was a very good experience."
