I didn't like that it was old and you could tell. The staff was great though. There weren't many activities which was a shame. I also didn't like that there was a lot of construction, one elevator was down the whole time and one of the days, both elevators were down so we had to use stairs and our room was on the top floor. Also a shame that their restaurants fill out so fast, hard to get in. Their french restaurant didn't have the lamb rack which is my favorite dish, another shame. They need more sweets/cakes too, those options were very limited.

This resort made you feel very special. They always were so happy to give you or help you with anything you needed. Our stay was wonderful and I would definitely come back again. I never wanted to leave my fiancé and I got engaged and they made it the most magical night of our lives so grateful for everything that they have done for us.

This resort has both good and bad sides. The property itself is beautiful – the pools are amazing, the beach is nice (though not the best), and the restaurants serve good food. However, the service was very disappointing and absolutely not what you expect from a 5-star resort. Only about 15–20% of the staff were attentive and polite; the majority were slow, unhelpful, and sometimes outright rude, even when asking for something basic like water. Service in the restaurants, bars, and buffet was extremely slow. One restaurant requires reservations, but in the others, we waited up to an hour just to be seated. Even at breakfast, we had to wait to be seated, and the hostess was often missing from her station. Another big issue is that they don’t provide bottled water or straws anywhere on the property. For a luxury resort, this is unacceptable. Housekeeping and room service were also very poor. Our room was not clean upon arrival, and throughout our stay service remained slow and unfriendly. The steakhouse was the worst experience – the hostess (Tasha) and her manager were unprofessional. Despite having a confirmed reservation from the feedback department, we were told we didn’t have one and were placed on a waiting list. This felt dishonest and was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a resort. Overall, the management urgently needs to take action. This was our second stay this year. We didn’t hesitate to go back. At check-in, Donnae remembered us and even gave us an upgraded room. After checking us in, she walked us to our room making us feel welcome and completely at home. Then, of course, we made our way down to the pool bar where Shevaughn and Travis remembered us as well. Those two really know how to make a good time as well as being prompt with service. I highly recommend this resort. We may very well go a third time before the year’s end.

Si buscas un lugar tranquilo quizás pueda ser este lo que buscar, lo mantienen en buenas condiciones pero hay cosas que necesitan ser resaltadas para quien pueda servirle. Tome una habitación con butler para hacer que mi estancia fuera más cómoda eran muy amables pero realmente el trabajo lo tenía que hacer yo, la comida fue espectacular en cada uno de los restaurantes pero hasta para esperar un vaso de agua era agobiante en la mayoría de las ocasiones, hay muchas cosas que perfeccionar no lo llamaría un hotel 5 estrellas para que otros clientes no crean que pagan por algo de ese nivel

Staff was generally excellent and place was very clean. Was definitely one of the smaller resorts I’ve been to so we were limited in activities and food options but our stay was shorter so not the biggest concern. Things were great until our second to last day when maintenance thought it would be a good idea to spray paint the room right next door to us with no notice while we were in our swim out pool and clouds of spray paint was coming right out at us even though they seen us out there before they even started. Made it worse is that we had one of those connecting room doors and fumes just poured into the room. Room was full of heavy paint fumes for rest of our stay. We asked for a room swap and was not accommodated even though there was plenty of vacancy. We had to stuff the bottom of the doors with wet towels and leave the balcony door open with the fans running to make it remotely tolerable but that meant sacrificing a/c. Needless to say last night was horrible! Super poor planning when we were leaving next day and that work couldve be done upon our check out. I also was not crazy about the constant harassment from the local drug dealers everytime I stepped on the beach. I can even respect the first solicitation but once I tell you no I expect to be left alone. I can understand that I’m in a different part of the world and maybe this is not a big dealover there but most resorts do a better job controlling the beach with that sort of stuff and this place didn’t even try.

This property is maintained immaculately. The staff are pleasant, professional, and go above and beyond to help you celebrate whatever special day you are having. I was amazed at the anniversary surprise that I received. This is my second time in the last two years of staying at this very same hotel and I will definitely be back a third time. The staff are so welcoming, the food is delicious and the property is well maintained. Kudos to you all for doing such an excellent job!
