On check in we were advised that the office closes at 5pm and for any assistance we should call security.What we were not told is that the telephone lines were down, that we would not have electricity on the Tuesday and that there would be no water. At 8.30am on Tuesday a security guard advised us that the power will be off until 4pm that day. At 4.30 pm the power was back but no water. I then tried contacting the office no answer, then security no answer as the phones were down. I duly drove to security office only to be advised that there is no water and they will deliver water to flush the toilets.I requested to speak to the General Manager, security guard could not oblige with a cell no, he then gave me the resident managers number, who was not available on her cell. Next morning we had water but it was cold, 2 days without being able to shower. I contacted the Manager on duty and inquired why we were not advised of all the above issues and why she did not return my calls. To many excuses to mention, but blamed it all on security for not informing the quest.I also told her about the dirty carpets in our chalet, "look of surprise on her face, but no mention of sending someone to clean it". I mentioned that I would write a review and all she did was shrug her shoulders.The wifi did not work for our entire stay.Well i will never go back there again, I must say that the security guards were very helpful and if they managed the resort it would be a better place to stay!!!!!!!
