“John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see……

“This house and adjacent apartment was perfect for a larger group. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The property was lovely and has a spectacular pool. A few things to note. The house name is not a location on a map and if you use an app like Google then you must use the name on the wall outside the property. The hot water takes a very long time to get to the upper floor shower and it’s almost impossible to fill a hot bath. That’s to be expected in a house of this age and it’s well……

This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. “Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. ”

“It was a bit large for us of a family of three, but Franco the greeter was super sweet. The screens on the windows were great to let fresh air in. They were generous to supply paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Very old rustic. Bathrooms pretty clean. AC units good too.Main issue was multiple entries, one which wasn't super secure as we were victims of thieves. Very isolated so you get a false sense of security. “We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! “I honestly feel lucky that I booked this hotel in Tuscany! We stayed there couple days. The environment and vibe is amazing. I’m kind of picky with hotels but Precise is awesome! It’s clean, quiet, safe, and with music, campfire, many pools-even one heated, spa, free parking. Everyone working there are super nice. btw，love the breakfast and dinner. We had unforgettable time in Tuscany with one of the main reason, staying in Precise. I definitely will rebook when I’m back to Tuscany.”

“O hotel tem um custo bastante alto, mas valeu muito ! A localização é ótima, o café da manhã, muito bom, com possibilidade de escolha de alguns itens feitos na hora. O hotel é um spa com várias comodidades, piscina aquecida, sauna. Porém, todo o serviço é pago a parte, o que achei injustificável, pois o valor pago já é bem alto. Tivemos um problema com a caução paga na entrada - 300 euros, que precisei solicitar o cancelamento, pois mesmo pagando os extras no check out, constava do meu cartão……
