“The hotel offers free parking. In a 3-minute drive, Piazzale Michelangelo can be reached. The room is quiet, clean and large. The fee snacks and drinks in the happy hours added marks to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The down side is that, not only this hotel but in the most part of Italy, the existence of mosquitos. Luckily, there are electrical mosquito propellant offered in the room. ”
“Small and a bit old hotel but have good location by the side of river Arno. Just few minutes walk to Ufizzi museum. We stayed there 6 nights and got upgraded to Suite apartment. Nice breakfast. Everything is so far so good but housekeeping is a bit undersatisfaction. Room is not cleaned well and things are not put tidy.”
“Overall very nice. Probably the only criticism was that the roof top bar, which was lovely, was ridiculously expensive. Every Italian bar/restaurant has some sort of house wine if you are not intending to go for broke but one round of ordinary drinks was 41 Euros so we didn’t go back. Around the corner we could get just as good wine for half the price. Not a terrible criticism just an annoyance.”
"Night Manager Giovanni was warm, welcoming and informative.
The other staff were also friendly and helpful.
Location was perfect.
Room was very clean, good size.
If one must pick a bone, the toilet seat was not the most comfy but it works."
"Stayed one night for vacation. Very convenient location - next to the maiin train station. Breakfast was good.
Hotel is a bit old carpet on public places could be renewed. "
