“The space itself was as pictured, that's about as accurate as our stay got. The post says 20 mins from time square but it's 45-1 hr on transit and about the same in an Uber. Upon check in we were told to lie to neighbors about why we were staying there - strike one. That's putting us in a very uncomfortable situation because we aren't going to lie for a stranger ? Strike two - visible black mold in the shower. Turning the shower on was like a black mold scented steam, the AC blasted the……

“What a 5 star! It is minutes from Columbia University. Quiet nice neighborhood. The apartment is absolutely delightful. Well furnished with very comfortable beds. We will definitely remember for our next trip to the area.”

“Long weekend with family to participate in a christening in the Bronx. Place was clean and comfortable. Location was very convenient. Only change I would request would be extra blankets. Otherwise would stay again. ”

“Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!”
