“If you are looking for great place that is not far at all from Littleton, NH then this is wonderful option. The home is very well kept and has an updated modern feel from the lighting to the digital heating. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and living room common area. It was easy and inviting with the comfy couch set up to sink into for tv and conversation. We picked up some firewood and spent each evening outside at the fire pit to talk and roast marshmellows. “We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The new hot tub right outside the master bedroom is wonderful, you can sit and watch the lake. Lots to see in the lake while paddling around, fish, snails lots of ducks and loons. The kids loved the lake and how close it was to the house. There is a small dirt road that they have to cross to get to the lake but only 6 cars drove by the whole day so it wasnt a problem with older kids. We really enjoyed our time and plan on staying again”

“We chose this location due to the close proximity to Santa Village in Jefferson, NH. This farmhouse was the perfect location. The size of the house was ideal for two families (4 adults and 3 children in our group). The picnic style dining table fit us all around easily. The beds were comfortable. The house was impeccably clean. The heating system was responsive and warm. The home had all necessary items (towels cooking supplies etc). Less than a 10 min drive was a delicious ice cream shop and……

“Six guys in their 70’s has a three day bicycle Tour based out of this house. It was all we had hoped for. Enough parking, plenty of heat and hot water after chilly days in the saddle. The house has been very well cared for and comfortable. ”

“I stayed at this home with my family and we absolutely loved it. The views were incredible and the double glass doors and windows everywhere meant we could see the mountains from every room! The home was fully stocked and well appointed so we had the ability to stay in and cook meals if we wanted, lounge in the spacious living room in front of the fire, or be outside on the lawn. The pavilion with the giant fireplace was amazing, too! Nick was very responsive and caring during our stay. We……
