“It was a great home, private location, fire pit, grill, everything that was to be expected. Nice little trail walk to the creek. I would come back. The management company needs to clean a bit better in general; e.g., on under furniture, dust, upkeep porch, and some manicuring of the landscape is needed. The bottom of the fire pit is rotted out and owner should get a new one. ”

“The place was nice, a nice cabin feel. The beds and bedding could use an update, otherwise the place was great and so close to all of the White Mountain activities we wanted to do. ”

“We had a fabulous weekend here to celebrate a family birthday. The place was comfortable, spacious and clean, the views are better than the pictures, and it was the perfect spot for our family including two toddlers, a baby, and a couple of dogs! I'd love to come back one day. Todd was a wonderful and gracious communicator when I reached out to him directly, and he responded immediately for a question I had after our stay had ended. “We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The new hot tub right outside the master bedroom is wonderful, you can sit and watch the lake. Lots to see in the lake while paddling around, fish, snails lots of ducks and loons. The kids loved the lake and how close it was to the house. There is a small dirt road that they have to cross to get to the lake but only 6 cars drove by the whole day so it wasnt a problem with older kids. We really enjoyed our time and plan on staying again”

“Beautiful, peaceful property on pond, quiet and clean! Art in the home is fun and eclectic. We are so Thankful this property allows dogs without a weight restriction. This helped us include our dogs without the worry of leaving the dogs at an expensive dog boarding place. We had so much fun hiking, running and walks, with strolls around local attractions and leaf peeping; all with the dogs ! Cabot is a nice town and the property is located within 1-2 hours of major attractions such as Montpelier……
