"Al comunicarme para recoger la llave del apartamento, ya se la habían entregado a alguien más. Al parecer rentaron 2 veces el mismo apartamento. Aunque me consiguieron otro alojamiento, no fue lo que había contratado. ya que no tenía wifi, ni agua caliente y la ropa de cama y de baño estaba muy usada."

"Iberflats was great! Location was perfect and much to get to in the area whether you wanted to dine out or eat in as the kitchen was good. Made pasta and burgers in house and went to Le Otto (best pizza in Spain) literally a few minutes walk away! Ease of entry into the apartment was great! Public parking close by and groceries a block away. Well worth it!"

"Excelent place. Not having a lobby 24/7 is a bit challenging, communication only with whatsapp. I stayed 4 days and there was no house keeping, at least towels can be replced every two days. That is something that can improve"

"To start with we had an amazing family holiday. The facilities were above and beyond what we expected for our large group of family and catered to all ages. It was close to a fantastic quiet beach and beach bar where the staff were so accommodating and food lovely! The bbq room was just amazing and we had many family evenings in relaxing with local food. "Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen bzgl. Ausstattung, Zustand und Pflege vollständig erfüllt.Die Übergabe war auch sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil von Sagunto und nur 3 Minuten vom Kieselstrand entfernt. Der einzige Nachteil ist das die Restaurants nur am Wochenende geöffnet haben"

"Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back."

"The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, and everything worked. The location is in a small quiet village, which was lovely. From Petres it was easy to explore Sagunto, Valencia, Montanejos, Peniscola, and other places. We enjoyed hiking, beach visits, the City of Arts and Sciences and more. Antonio was a great host, easy to communicate with (with the help of Google translate!), and very accommodating. Many thanks!"

"Great accommodation! Our stay at this holiday rental was great. The property was spacious and well-maintained. The location was ideal for beach location, and easy access to all the local attractions. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. "Myself, my husband and our toddler really enjoyed our 2-night stay here. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, as were the shared bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The coffee machine and pastries were a nice bonus too! Really friendly owners who we happened to meet in a cafe in town when they overheard us speaking in English. They were also really receptive to our requests and helped us with some recommendations in the local area. We would definitely stay here again and Moncofar...

I brought it up to the front desk and asked if it could get fixed so I didn’t have to hold the shower head while myself or young child was showering. They acknowledged the problem but never fixed it.
