“As soon as I opened the door I knew this motel was extraordinary..it felt welcoming, it smelt refreshing. Very well renovated sometime in the past as current owner has been there for 4 months only. Best bathroom I’ve seen in this price range. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, extras provided eg refresher towels, a jug of cold water in fridge was welcome on a hot day after a long drive. Beautiful roses around the pool appropriately as Benalla is known for roses. I wouldn’t hesitate to……

“Our stay at Warrenbayne Cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Only 20mins out of Benalla, we were far enough away from town to feel quite serene, but with everything we needed at our fingertips. With a brilliant sized securely fenced block of land, our dogs had all the room in the world and two very friendly and tolerable Greyhounds to run around and enjoy themselves with. Mandy was an amazing host, we'll definitely be back again!!”

“We just returned from an incredible stay at this genuine pet-friendly escape (will accomdate up to 6 animals of all sizes!), and it was everything we’d hoped for!
The property is situated halfway between Benalla and Mansfield, down a charming farm track that gives you a true sense of seclusion but do come prepared as it is 5km from the local roadhouse or a half an hour drive to to get groceries (which suited us just fine.)

“I loved the cottage and the peaceful and natural surrounds - it was blissful.
So many added extras inside - too many to mention - but small nice touches and there's a coffee machine !! Pods match Nespresso ! Very happy. Beds comfy and warm. All the furniture inside and out good quality and comfy. The old "trani" was a nice touch.
ONLY ONE let down - was the split system aircon/heater.
It's old and not that efficient - we had temperatures of 2 degrees and we were cold - had to wrap ourselves……
