The bedroom features a new high-quality king bed to help you wind-down in comfort at the end of your day. Two more guests will find linens to make a comfortable bed on the sleeper sofa in the living room.
A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware and everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them in the adjacent dining area or on the covered deck.
Upon entering the charming living area, you are immediately captured by unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, dunes, eagles and the seabirds that flit about them. It features a cozy couch, a coffee table, one leather recliner and a comfortable swivel chair all centered around a TV with a DVD player. From here, you can adjourn to the private and spacious deck to smell the sea air and enjoy the view.
The no pets allowed policy ensures this condo is an ultra-clean, no pet environment, suitable to those who may be sensitive.

Booking one of our properties in Moclips? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you, your friends, and family to venture into.
Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.
During the spring and summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later!
Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards.
We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.
We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.
MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.
