The online travel agency I booked with (E) ripped me off. They were supposed to provide the "Pin," and room # which they did not. I followed the directions at the property and texted the owner but got no reply until very much latter after having to find another hotel.

The property is completly unstaffed - support is is only on chat, not even voise. If you stay multiple nights - they do not clean the room, replenish coffee, change towels, freshen up the room, etc. Thermostat was not working right with their electric heat. On cold nights if you turn the thermostat a bit - the room gets too hot. If you turn it off - way too cold. And the blanket is thin. So your sleep is interrupted getting up several times a night, getting to the thermostat. The outdside property looks abandoned and neglected, but the room itself is just OK. They are slightly cheaper than the rest of the motels, but it is certainly not worth of your money. I would not stay there again, and would pay the extra $20 for a normal hotel/motel.

BEWARE!!!! My room had many bugs in it. I pulled down the comforter to look at cleanliness and after an hour there were tons of dead bugs on the sheet. I look over at the lamp and there are dead bugs under the lamp and in the lamp. I then looked closer and there were bugs on the wall walking around. The refrigerator wasn’t working even though it was plugged in and turned on. Someone had urinated in the toilet and not flushed prior to renting the room. I went to the front office where nobody was to complain. I had to call the hotel number to speak with someone. I explained to the representative that the room was filthy and there was bugs all over my bed. They didn’t have any other rooms so I told them I wanted a refund. They agreed to a refund and then never refunded me. I called and left messages, I went by the lobby and nobody was there again. I am now disputing the charges with my bank.

Rooms were the perfect size, tv, microwave, fridge, air conditioner, coffee and hairdryer. Some stuff could use some upgrading, but overall clean and comfortable. Also- my shower had amazing water pressure- the best water pressure in any hotel i have ever been in. Parking wasn’t too hard to find. Great location.

This property is a dumpster. No staff. There was no info on how to get into my room when I got there. No room number or code was ever emailed after confirmation. Ice machine was broken. Air conditioning was nonexistent. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. The customer service number posted was useles. It prompted you to leave a message after the irritating AI menu was over. Then a message indicated message center was full and you couldn’t leave a message. I would advise anyone to not stay here
