The property features beautiful modern desert décor with custom art that will sleep 6 guests. Experience comfort in the 2 upstairs bedrooms both with king beds and en suite bathrooms, and a queen pull-out on the main level.
You will love the sunrise views of the La Sal Mountains on the front porch, and relax at sunset while you grill and play cornhole on the spacious back patio and grass area with spectacular views of Moab Rim.
A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need if you prefer to prepare meals. A coffeemaker is provided to get you ready for your daily outings. Washer and dryer to rinse away that red dirt at the end of the day. (Detergent is provided)
Relax at the pool, hot tub, playground, or tennis court, or watch television and play games on the main level with a 55” smart television. Bedrooms each also have a smart TV, closet, and dresser for storage.
There is secure bike storage in the outdoor closet for three bikes on wall mounts and one bike on the ground. There is also a small bike rack on the back patio for two additional bikes. (bikes are not provided)
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
There are two parking spaces for the unit. Additional parking is available for vehicles, Jeeps, RZRs, trailers, and other vehicles on Village Drive, which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have at their party. There is also ample additional parking on Meador Drive, which is the main street leading into Rim Village.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
