“This house is spacious, immaculate and seemingly brand new. It was the perfect space for our seven older adults but would be great for families with children as well. Everything you need is in both the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable with soft, luxurious linens. Plenty of very nice pillows. Towels are thick and fluffy. Close proximity to Polk City, Ankeny, and Des Moines, in a quiet family neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!”

“Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space. ”
