“We had a nice weekend stay here while we visited family nearby. Looks are deceiving....when you drive up, the resort looks a bit sad and outdated, but inside is a different story. Our room was squeaky clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee in the breakfast area was terrific! Will stay here again.”

“The junior suite was a beautiful large room that is basically a condo! There was a stovetop and combo washer/dryer in the room! One of the best rooms we have stayed in even above the Ritz/Intercontentals! One of the best gift shops I have seen in a hotel. ”

“It was a very nice place to stay at an affordable price. Will definitely book here again. ”

“We have stayed here half dozen times and there is great care in maintaining the grounds but the rooms are looking worn and tired. Pictures may be outdated at this point. Our sofa had a tear in it. The carpet is worn and needing either a deep clean or total replacement. Mold along the baseboards in bathroom. Well equipped room just some general neglect and standard cleaning is not addressing these things. Prices may be escalating and although the property is great the rooms will need some help……

“I did not receive any info from the host after booking. I had to reach out to them hours before our arrival to make sure we were set. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4pm; we arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm to fill out the forms and scan my ID. I was told our condo was not ready and they would call me when it was available---no call. We went in again at 4:45pm and were told they forgot to call us. The "condo" is actually an old motel they "renovated" into a "resort." Those are all……
