One thing I found unsafe, was they have a roof top bar that anyone off the street can use. That means strangers not staying in the hotel has access to all the floors with the possibility of getting robbed. You need a door key to go up on the elevator, but not going down. Also, I thought there was parking included with the room. They charge $27 a night to park car, and $15 during the day. They told us we would be towed, or ticketed if we park on the street that had meter to use for parking, that it would cost money to park on street and the meter across the street from them was only good for that street. Come to find out, it was $1.00 an hour to park on the street, and the meters within numerous blocks of the hotel would also carry a record of your car to be able to park in the same zone as meter near them. (If you drove to go shopping in town). I felt they were intentionally trying to keep us from parking on street and to using their services at a high rate. Also, parking at night and weekends by the meters are free. When you're not parked at the hotel for hours a day, you still would have to pay $15 for a short time. and $27 when over night is free? A little greedy I say. Plus they charge on credit card, $20 a day just in case we damage anything. I don't understand charging before hand. I could be charged for things that we did not do. I hope I am not billed for anything they think we did. It was a new beautiful place, and seemed very clean.
