Grandparents will appreciate the convenience of the downstairs bedroom, while kids and other family members can enjoy the spacious upstairs layout. We do have an additional floor mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms to accommodate up to 2 extra guests and a Pack & Play available for infants.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 4
• Please park in driveway. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the spa.
• Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
