“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. “It was a wonderful stay from checking in to checking out. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that was a surprise to me was having to pay for parking $25 each day then having to do $100 deposit because I thought everything was included when I booked. “I have traveled quite a bit, what makes this place shine is their customer service not only at reception but house keeping as well. My room was very clean, I do recommend getting rid of their clothed chair. Spa worked reasonably well-its small but I was the only one in it. “I have stayed at Hotel Paradox probably about 10 times over the past few years. The first time we stayed, we thought it was a very elegant hotel, each time since then the experience has been a little downgraded.
