“nice house”

“Communication with the owner - always a pleasant exchange. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Property itself - large, clean and nicely kept - met our needs as a group of 6 adult girlfriends. We were just there in mid-September and the weather was in the high 80's with low humidity. The pool is not heated but the water warmed up enough that we were able to enjoy it all weekend. The family room area with the TV had comfortable furniture and there was plenty of room to……

“This house was perfect for an extended weekend with family. Nice, clean, and updated, this home was well stocked to meet our needs with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, toilet paper. The home also had plenty of outdoor living space and seating for all of us to enjoy the weather. We will definitely be returning next year!”

“Lake house was very accommodating for our big family. The house is split up into two sections with the foyer, kitchen and dining room in the middle. Tons of parking. Our kids loved riding the provided bikes around the neighborhood. Nice empty lot next to the house where we set up a volleyball net. Huge backyard that is covered with Trex decking boards. We were able to play games out there like bucket ball and corn hole. We did not feel comfortable to get into the lake, so we did not do any……

“We stayed in Piqua for just the weekend for a family wedding. The house was very clean and had many extras - Keurig, new washer/dryer, nice fridge and stove, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, game table, big TV and cable, and more. Upstairs beds were good, downstairs mattress tipped a lot to center and was hard to sleep in. (Finally, one of us slept on the couch and one in the bed.)”
