“Came for a business meeting and needed no frills, so picked the cheapest place I could find. When they handed me a brass key and not a magnetic card, I was a bit worried. Don't let the older style of this building fool you. This had the feel of a 1970s motel but was really clean and comfortable. The room had the 'Northern Woods' decor seen in a lot of places in Hayward, so it was cozy and woodsy. Pretty view of the river and super close to everything. Pleasantly surprised.”

“Property is a newly remodeled small home bordering a wilerness "zoo". The backyard gives you large access to the white tale deer which is very nice. Everything you would need is located in the home and outside for a fun trip. You are within walking distance to a bar and grill also. Located just outside the city of Hayward. The only things that we didn’t like: bathroom is very tiny and the tap water smells and tastes of what I assume is sulpher. Owner does leave an unopened gallon of bottled……
