2 Bedrooms: A king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other.
Additional Space: The loft area includes queen bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 6 extra guests.
* Parking: Private 1-car garage plus an additional space in front of the garage, for a total of 2 parking spots. Street parking is also available and free for up to 3 nights with city permission.
* Access: Full private access to the unit, patio, and garage. The yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with 2 other units.
* Neighborhood & Attractions:
Historic Brewer's Hill: A peaceful, tree-lined area with charming century-old homes. The neighborhood is a short walk from restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown attractions. Perfect for enjoying Summerfest, local festivals, or catching a Buck’s game or Brewers game.
* Host may not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
* Public Transport: Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar are nearby; Uber and Lyft are readily available.
* Please Note:
This unit is part of a multi-unit building with all units available for short or midterm rentals. While the building is newly constructed, soundproofing between units may not be perfect, so some noise from other guests may be heard. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we require that shoes be removed before entering the unit and that no loud music or late-night partying occurs.
* Important information:
- No Milwaukee Residents Allowed: This property is exclusively for short or mid-term rentals.
- Sound: The building has multiple units, and while it is newly constructed, soundproofing may not be perfect. You might hear noise from other guests, and your noise may be heard by others.
- Quiet Hours: We strictly prohibit loud or late-night partying. If you’re seeking a vibrant party scene, consider booking a hotel. Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Booking Requirements: All guests must sign a rental agreement to complete the booking.
- Rentals over 30 days require a signed residential lease.
- Remove shoes before entering the unit.
- No smoking inside the house.
- Do not tamper with devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Events or outside guests must be approved by the host prior to booking, and additional charges may apply.
- A per-night charge applies for extra guests.
- Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended.
- If you need additional space for a larger group, please check with the host before booking.
- Turn off all lights, fans, and appliances when not in use and before leaving.
- Report any damage or special cleaning needs to the host.
- Grill Use: Feel free to use the charcoal grill outside. While we don’t provide charcoal or gas, you may use any left behind by previous guests. Please monitor the grill at all times during use and clean it after.
- Balcony Use Policy: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, balcony use is permitted only until 10:00 p.m. A $500 fine will be imposed for any use of the balcony after this time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.
