“This hotel was so nice! From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! We stayed here to go to a concert at The Rave, which was right across the street . The shuttle drove us over to keep us warm! Convenient parking in the……

“The bed is not comfortable ”

“The room was clean and comfortable. Accessible to various Food Services and the staff was very helpful. Denise the assistant General Manager was very professional and hospitable. Will come back to stay again.”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
