Main level has a Great Room with fireplace, large eat-in kitchen and adjacent dining area. Master bedroom with private bath leads out onto screened porch. Just off of the living room is an open deck with beautiful views of the Indian River Bay. The lower level also has a Great Room with a craft table for the kids, large TV and sectional sofa, another master bedroom, hall bath and patio. The remaining four bedrooms are on the third level with two having private baths.

Guests of this property will have access to the private Jack Nicklaus golf course. Guests will enjoy nature walks through hundreds of acres of private nature paths that provide beautiful views of the bay. There is an indoor pool, spa, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts including clay courts, an outdoor wave pool, and hot tubs. The Lakeside Village also includes a state of the art work out facility and the newly renovated restaurant, The Terrace Grill. Enjoy access to the Rehoboth boardwalk, the quaint town of Lewes, and lovely town of Bethany. Ideal for visiting the hustle and bustle of the local beach towns with the ability to escape back to the peaceful setting of The Peninsula.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
