“Clean, fresh, bright and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to GSU campus, restaurants and stores. Safe and very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable seating, comfortable beds, great kitchen, clean bathrooms, and large backyard with patio if needed. We stayed here two weekends and will use this again when back in Statesboro. Kaelin was quick to respond to questions and made sure all went very smoothly. Don’t overlook this great property!!”

“Wonderful home with a pool. Great house for our vacation. A couple minor issues to mention: 1) Reached out to Mngt Company to ask about TV's in bedrooms. There were none showing in the pics, so i asked. I was told 2 of the 3 rooms were equipped with TV's. No room had a TV except living room. I had to buy one since we didn't bring one. 2) The house could use some extra cleaning. Under furniture, in cabinets, mainly places that wouldn't get touched as often. Overall we had a great time and……

We always use VRBO when we travel… and I will say that this property was one of the easiest to navigate in the kitchen.. very well stocked! The last time we used VRBO in Statesboro.. I had to go buy a couple of pans for cooking!”

“We came in for freshman orientation at Ga. Southern. The cottage was exactly what we needed. From a laundry basket above the washer and dryer to placemats on the dining table and even the “In Case you Forgot” basket in the bathroom, it was obvious that Kailin and her team want guests to feel at home when they walk in the door. It was nice to flop onto the comfy couch and recliner after a long day and just relax. The wife was quick to check availability for Parents Weekend in September but it was……
