“Stayed the week of Memorial Day for a spring get away. Weather didn’t cooperate the first part of the week but faired up and got much better! Condo was very comfortable and enjoyed it very much!”

“Property was clean and welcoming. The view of the water from the enclosed and private balcony was wonderful. We saw various birds and enjoyed watching the ducks on the water. The condo offered plenty of room especially with the loft area which offers room for sleeping as well as chairs for sitting. The property manager was attentive and truly seemed to care that are trip was more than satisfactory. We would definitely stay again!”

“The hotel lobby is really nice. We had a two bedroom suite and it was disgusting. So dirty under the dishwasher and stove, bathroom floors, carpets, and couch in room. I get that families stay in those sites a lot but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bed was clean but we didn’t want to touch anything else.”

“My boyfriend and I rented Jo's Hideaway for ourselves and Jo's Escape for his children and friends. We've stayed at various places throughout Green Cove and this was by far the best vacation I've ever had. The condo's were perfect, clean, cozy and well stocked. The boat dock isn't a far walk and was great for our 19' bayliner. The host is friendly, quick to respond and just wonderful to work with. ”
