“This place worked out perfectly for me. It was perfect for having a few guests over and enjoying football with friends. It's a quiet neighborhood, the house has plenty of options as far as cooking. You can grill out or cook anything on the stove or oven. I may rent this one again. ”

“I rented this home for 5 nights for a family reunion nearby. It was the perfect size for me, my daughter, my son and his wife, and 6 grandchildren ranging in age from 11-17. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and basic staples such as spices, syrup, etc. There is no dishwasher but there was dish soap and a drying rack. There was adequate seating for our group. Beds were very comfortable. There was a closet with hangers in one downstairs bedroom and one luggage rack, but the other bedroom……

“This house is AMAZING! It's very difficult to find 5 bedroom houses that are reasonably priced for our annual fall get together. We have family members from Ohio, Iowa, and Missouri that gather for a weekend of reconnecting and fun. The Kane Family Farm right next door to the house made this year's reunion one of the best. The game room is awesome, the bedrooms are huge, and beds are very comfortable. Overall, one of the best houses we have ever rented.”

“We stayed at this property while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was midway between both families and in a cute neighborhood close to historic downtown Plainfield. My only complaint about the property is the political propaganda posted on the fences in the front and back yards. If you’re running a business you should realize not all your guests share your political views. Frankly I was offended when I pulled up to the property. The election is over. Take the materials down. ”

“Parking not great unless you have a smaller car. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot on weekends or after people get home from work. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and containers for anything you might cook. Living room was much smaller than pictured. The other two bedrooms are so small and the sun will wake you up. The blinds are not helpful. Also there are no screens on the window, with the bed right up against the window. A safety concern with kids. Also tripping……

“It’s super close to downtown Yorkville!! So in the months with better weather it would be perfect to stay and walk to the few restaurants downtown and little shops and the river area. We arrived a little early and the host let us in and was able to change the codes around so we could check in as it was cold out! So super accommodating helpful!! Also the garage is a bonus but anything larger than a mid range suv is not going to fit as parking is tight! The only issue we had was the neighbors were……

“The inside of the property was as very small but clean and nice. The location wasn’t very pleasant view of neighborhood. No tv’s in bedrooms. Water smelled like rotten eggs and the sink in the bathroom ran dry slow. The view from the deck was amazing and the dock was great for fishing.”

“I booked this studio yesterday and am so glad I did!! I don’t have a lot of experience with booking things, but the hosts made it so easy!! They were courteous, professional, and they answered my questions/concerns immediately!! The hosts gave me additional activities/places to check out, and I ended up booking another night!!!! The unit is well priced, clean, and has ample space. There are a lot of things to do within 15 minutes of the studio, and the hosts are wonderful!!! Downtown Aurora is……

“We enjoyed our two nights at this property. It had gotten very cold outside but the heat was great in all the rooms. We had five adults and we were all comfortable in our bedrooms. Loved being able to park in the garage. Could use more soap and towels for the showers. Maybe a crock pot for cooking. Clean and roomie!”
