Honestly thoroughly disgusted by my less than 2 hour experience at this hotel. My online check in was a waste of time as the hotel doesn't use it, and makes you check in again instead of just card pick up. Staff made no effort to advise of any hotel amenities such as pool details, breakfast and check out, etc.
At first glance, room seemed clean. I booked this location for the hot tub. Got in the hot tub within 20 minutes of checking in. Lasted 5 minutes in hot tub. Ring of human film lined the whole hot tub. The gunk was quite heavy on the filter flap as well. Started to wonder when it was last cleaned. The water itself was also quite dirty. Noticeable flakes of skin and oil. Huge drying fan in pool area is so loud makes the space thoroughly ruined to enjoy.
Went back to my room to get set up for the night. There is no where to plug in anything. Had to move furniture to get setup only to notice the streaks whatever has dried splashed all over the walls once I closed the blinds this was very visible in many locations. shower did not drain in the shower and the bathroom floor was dirty.
I have now been told possibly up to 2 weeks before the hotel manager will return my call to advise if I will be charged for this stay which is also absolutely unacceptable
I don't think I didn't see a single piece of furniture that wasn't damaged and trashy looking and the plastic cover at the front desk makes engaging staff challenging
