“Everything was awesome, look forward to returning. Grill was great , not a fan of Roku tv . When in Palacios TV not a big priority. Thank you guys for sharing house with us.”

“We stayed her to come hunt Sandhill Cranes a couple days. Conveniently located, it’s 7 minutes to a Dollar General, on a dead end road in a nice farm neighborhood, and located on the Colorado River. The home is older but has been updated, has an open floor plan. There is a plenty of shaded areas and a nice BBQ pit to use. The only thing that I could think of that would have made the stay more enjoyable is a small fire pit to sit by as you stare at the setting sun acrooss the river. ”

“Overall the stay was amazing, the guys enjoyed fishing so much - my father in law specifically wants to come back already :). The host was very responsive and even had the property ready way before check in time which was greatly appreciated. The house was very well stocked and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't available there. ”

“The photos do not do the property justice! We loved everything about the property and would highly recommend to anyone, especially large groups. There is plenty of room to spread out or all be together and lots of fun activities from basketball to activities on the lake.”
