“Wonderful property in a great location. Property manager very responsive both before and during the rental. Well done, Mary! Just recently started renting the property so still a few bugs to work out. An information book explaining how the basics of the property work (internet, hot tub, TVs, lights, gas starters for fireplaces, etc.) and identifying local attractions, amenities, restaurants, etc. would be very helpful. I understand this is in process. Also, need to stock/provide a few more……

“This property is perfectly located for a great escape with friends and family. Once we arrived, we had no need to leave the house. The amenities, both indoors and outdoors, were fantastic, including the hot tub, pool, outdoor grill, basketball hoop, and putting green. We also appreciated having our groceries delivered via Instacart. However, there are a few areas for improvement: Given the cleaning fee, the cleanliness could be significantly better. The outdoor pool area needs an updated……

“We had a group of 12 - the house had plenty of space to sleep, play and just rest. The hot tub was very relaxing. We spent every night by the fire with plenty of chairs. Plenty of space for meal prep and dining. All the basics were included and made it easy to just relax and spend quality time with family. We were in the woods off any main roads so it was very quiet and private. We loved it and are planning to stay again. ”
