“This darling cottage was the perfect place to unwind and relax after gallivanting all over New England. It was close to the beach and not far from the places we wanted to visit. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great decor too! We would love to stay again next time we are in the area. ”

“This property is a peaceful retreat for us when visiting family - we call it the overflow cottage - but it is so tastefully appointed, every little details, that is a soooo relaing when we get "home" in the evening. There are so many nice details, it is a wonder. We love the remoteness of the off-seasn boatyard. I suspect in summer that will be busier, but the access to the water there is a bonus. We love it here and will return next year.”

“This is the perfect place for a quiet get away if you don’t mind driving everywhere. It’s tucked away and peaceful. The cabin itself is pleasant. Two of the bedrooms are on the second floor and the staircase leading there is VERY narrow and would be inaccessible to many with limited mobility. Also, it would be difficult for people of larger builds carrying small children. The beach is rocky, but that’s related to where it is on the cape. Not an ideal spot for infants and toddlers. A large sand……

“Quaint, clean house. Beautiful backyard that has a nice flat section for sitting and then slopes down to the lake. It was wonderful to have kayaks for afternoon jaunts on the lake after a morning of walking at the Mashpee Town Beach- which is connected to the South Cape Beach State Park. Drawbacks are 1) the property manager never got back to us with a solution to an issue. 2) the neighbor's house is very close and they have a TV on their porch which ruins a quiet evening on the renter's porch.”
