"It is very difficult to find the hotel, many map-apps have it in the wrong place. I had to have a Chinese friend call the hotel and get directions. Closest subway station is Shifoying ca 400m north of the hotel, but you have to walk through the alleys of Shifoying Xili. Other than that the hotel is very good! Breakfast is a mix of mainly Chinese food but with a western touch. The staff hardly speaks any English but they are extremely helpful and use translation apps to communicate and help you....

"Great hotel with lovely staff. Good breakfast with mix of Chinese and ‘western’ options. Pool is small but adequate. Gym facilities are good. There’s a Tube station about 10 mins walk from the hotel (near the Weston). But we just caught a cab via the DiDi App to all the sites. Way more comfortable. Concierge organised a Day return taxi to Badaling Great Wall for the 4 of us which worked out way cheaper than any of the ‘tours’ online. Word of advice is to plan your trips around the rush hour...

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"
