El.elevador SOLO funciona uno. LOS EMPLEADOS se quedaban dentro aun sabiendo que eras Un Huesped. Habia pedidi 1 habitacion 2 cuartos me asignaron una. The property was a little dated but still cute. They charge a resort fee for things like the pool and beach towels that other hotels typically include. There's no hotel parking so be ready to pay for parking in a public lot. It seemed like all but one of the front desk staff was brand new. The tv wouldn't turn on in my room the whole time but I never called anybody to come fix it. Also it was stormy and cold in my room but the heater didn't work. I turned it on but my room kept getting colder. Again, I didn't call anybody to come fix it so they didn't know. Overall it's a coin toss on whether I would stay here again.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Room was ok, had a few issues and changed rooms. The upgrade we received was very modest to say the least. The pool water was ice cold, but the ocean temps were AMAZING! The staff was helpful and friendly. Henry is the BEST!

After a two hour flight I was just ready to get to our room to change but upon arrival our room wasn’t ready, already upsetting that check in wasn’t till four pm which I feel is ridiculous, but we had to wait two hours for them to get our room ready. The complementary breakfast was toast, oatmeal, and muffins you had to buy the other options that they had that was tasteless. The location was perfect on the beach, the bar inside the hotel was great, the room was the best part, although we couldn’t get our tv to work we didn’t need it.

Safety Concerns, Broken Promises, and Zero Professionalism Rating: 1/5 DO NOT STAY HERE. I am shocked this hotel has any positive reviews. We booked a Partial Ocean View King for a wedding trial getaway but were placed in a room with two single beds facing an old building. When we complained, we were told no manager was available until morning. Safety & Professionalism: The hotel is a major security risk. Personnel do not wear uniforms, so you never know who actually works there and who is just wandering the property. This was especially unsettling given the questionable characters hanging around the halls. Even the "upgraded" room we eventually got (which was just the room we originally paid for) had a crooked door frame that stuck every time we tried to enter. Poor Amenities: The "continental breakfast" is a joke—just cereal, toast, and ham/cheese. If you want eggs or pancakes, you have to pay extra. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was unusable, forcing my fiancé to use a phone hotspot for work. Dishonest Management: We dealt with Supervisor Glenda and Manager Harsha Serafine. They clearly cover for each other; we were told Harsha wasn’t available, but after we waited for 30 minutes, he suddenly appeared. Harsha explicitly promised a refund for our final night due to the "bait-and-switch" on our room. It has now been two weeks, and the hotel is ignoring both us and Expedia support. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. They do not honor their word.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Miami at the Sherry Frontenac. We booked a deluxe oceanfront room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and well maintained, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. While the hallways are a bit dated and could use new carpeting, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. This isn’t a brand-new hotel—it was built in 1947—and its vintage charm is part of what makes it special. Parking was easy and affordable. We parked two blocks away at O’Connell Boathouse for just $5 a day using the ParkMobile app, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the money, and we had a fantastic time. The breakfast was decent, and there’s a boardwalk just beyond the property that’s perfect for a stroll. One of my favorite parts of the trip was the few cats around the property—I adored them and even brought a little treat for them each day. I also noticed some guests complaining about not receiving fresh towels daily, but I simply hung mine up to reuse, just like I do at home. All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would gladly return.

Pool was unusable as it was freezing, only one elevator per tower worked and that made moving around difficult. The location and view was the saving grace for this hotel for sure.
