The first night wasn’t great because we got in kind of late from our plane, and the bathroom wasn’t that clean & had no hot water. I had surgery early the next morning & I don’t like go complain but I knew I would want hot water, so when we woke up the next day, I asked for a different room before my surgery. Told them my situation. I had two reservations due to the fact my surgery got changed & it seemed like the front desk just was not understanding that I had two reservations. That got cleared up, but the next room was better I guess, but not great. Very run down hotel, very outrageous fees that I honestly wish could be refunded. The WiFi barely works, the breakfast is honestly sad, no quarter machines for laundry, customer service at the front desk isn’t great. No one speaks great English and never smiles or seems eager to help. I don’t review hotels. I’ve literally stayed in the ghetto and have had better customer service. It’s just shocking for the resort fees to be so high and get basically no amenities or anything that makes you feel good about spending that type of money. Again, if I could get refunded the fees and for my stay, that would put my mind at ease & honestly, if you read other reviews, I’m not far off.

It was excellent! Right by the beach, walgreens across the street as well as a liquor store, restaurants not too far from the hotel as well as one in it. I truly enjoyed my stay!

The actual room they gave me looks outdated compared to the one I reserved online that looks modern. Only one elevator is working. Television remote not working properly. No available parking in the property.

First impression was not good with the offsite parking. Elevators were sketchy to be in and seemed dirty. Room was nice except thermostat would not work, fan did not shut off if you pulled the chain and the shower water pressure was terrible as well as would not drain so after a minute you are standing in a puddle. Outside pool area was great and has convenient beach access.

Bathrooms were extremely small for the what you have to pay but the stay was fun. Continental breakfast does not include eggs or anything substantial. You will have to pay for it. Only thing actually included in the stay was access to the beach with free towels. None the less my family had a good time

I have mixed reviews for this experience. It was my first time traveling alone so a lot of the details unsold have looked for if I was with someone else was overlooked unfortunately. My Room was amazing, however, the air was warm during my stay. The front desk was friendly but the Cafe workers were less than engaging with the like of my presence but friendly to everyone else. It’s cool. I’m used to it, but I will speak on it. On top of which the Free Breakfast was Subpar. Watery oatmeal, dry donuts and preschool juices. The coffee at least, was even watered down. I tried to also do my work in that area and there was one power plug by the garbage. Thank God for the Food options across the street. I Love pool. They had 2 tables, but unkept, to say the least. I’ll recommend the stay in my Room 636, outside of that. You are on your own.

This is my second time we stayed at this hotel. So many things changed here in a bad way comparing to my earlier stay here. I can list some of them here. 1. They are issuing hand bands to their guests to wear it all the time, which is very uncomfortable and sounded terrible. 2. Breakfast: I stayed here for 3 nights. First day they served bagels along with breads. where my kids enjoyed eating it. From 2nd day onwards they stopped serving bagels which is bad. During my past stay, they served oats cooked well and I ate it in every breakfast .But this time oats are not cooked well and they are full of water. I was shocked how bad this hotel turned to. 3. They didn't do the room service on my first day itself. I needed to explicitly ask them to do that. 4. More importantly the staff (except the guy who is always remembered for his good character) in during the breakfast were not friendly especially the young lady. 5. There is no laundry service 6. The room doors are not good. I need to close it strong that wakes of everyone on the floor.

lack of communications, management terrible, rooms were good size, but showers and sink basin water flow just dripping, cleanliness was ok but not great, only 1 lift working and had to wait for ever. It's disappointing to see company like EXPEDIA sell this on market. we all should get 50% back from you as this will go on our Facebook and Tik-tok

Horrible hotel !!!! I got there and I waited 2 hours to be checked in after check in time which is 4pm the workers are so slow . I got to the desk to be told I wouldn’t be able to stay when i had a 4 day reservation with NO REFUND 👎 NEVER AGAIN !

The room had dirty curtains and broken blinds. One of the elevators was not working, and you had to wait a while to get on the only working elevator. There were only two helpful staff members.The rest could care less about you. The breakfast was lame.

I booked three rooms at this hotel. The hotel check in time is 4 PM. We get there at 3:30 PM. The lobby was filled with people waiting for check-in. All room are not ready. We filled out and signed the check-in forms. The front desk staffs keep telling us to check back with them in 15 to 20 minutes. The first room was available at 6 PM. Around 7 PM, they said the other rooms are still being cleaning and not ready, and tell her to go to eat dinner and they should be ready when we come back. We came back around 8 PM, they asked us to fill and sign another check-in forms because they couldn’t find the first forms! There are about 20 people in the lobby waiting. We waited for another hour until 9 PM to get one room. They keep saying the same things that the room is almost ready and waiting for final check, and finally at 11:15 PM. We received the room key for the third room. This is very poor management and untrained staffs.

We stayed for 7 nights and no one said the pool will be closed for the whole time ! Also the breakfast main area had a ceiling repairs was falling off and had a whole in the ceiling ….! Room was average , but lots needed maintenance and deep clean !!! Beach was good breakfast was so so …

Room was very clean and nice. The hotel has a nice historic feel and look. The pool area was beautiful, but we could not use it due to windy weather. The adjoining restaurant was five star quality, two star cost! The star was lost over the awful breakfast. Don’t plan your day around having anything to eat. Unless you buy it.

Clean room, nice hotel, and having chairs and umbrella at the beach is another plus. Lots of dining options nearby, and conveniently located to Walgreens when you need any essentials. I don’t like their super limited continental breakfast (toast, oatmeal, cheese, apple and banana. That’s all they have. I don’t like that most staff can’t even communicate English.

Couldn’t check in until 5:30pm due to housekeepers delay, leaving no time to use as if the amenities as gates locked and sun set, 1 of the only hotels elevators was broken, hotels public washroom was gross, once in the room, toilet clogged after 1 use, no water pressure in shower, wifi password didn’t work, stains on carpet, drilling noise coming from room beside us.
