1950’s Vibe

This a vintage motel that shows its age. It does have a beautiful beach, and a pool that looked clean. The room was worn, with cracked floor tiles and a gap under the front door big enough for a small mouse to go through. There was a party on the lower level that went on well after midnight with loud music and partying. The biggest thing I didn’t like was the gate to enter and exit the parking area. You needed to either go to the office or call them so they could go outside and kind the gate with a garage door opener. I asked the front desk how long before a developer buys it and puts up a high rise. Apparently it’s already owned by a developer that’s just waiting for the right time to redevelop the property.

Grei plass i helgene, men ikke i ukedager.

Fantastisk fint område. Standen rett utenfor døra. Butikker og restauranter bare minutter unna. Bare et par negative ting. Aircondition bråket voldsomt og den virket ikke. Største problemet var at det var en stor byggeplass som nærmeste nabo. De vil sikkert holde på der i minst 2 år til.

It's very old property built in 1950s and I guess no work has been done since then. It was a very clean room with fresh bedlinen. You can clearly hear the neighbor behind the wall so get your earplugs if you decide to stay. Also there's no window to open for fresh air so people just keep their doors open to ventilate the air. It is the cheapest place to stay in the area and it's perfect location for beach stay.

Au pied de la plage, commerces à proximité. A 50 min de bus du centre de Miami Beach. Aurait bien besoin d'une rénovation mais tarif très interessant.

I had a great time Miami Florida. Hotel right on the beach and weather was beautiful 80 degrees in February. The across the street is CVS 24 hours and tons restaurants to eat but I had to pay $18 convenience resort fee per day. I had a great time there and I will go back again.

Treated like animals.

The services do not match the description. They brought a towel and a coffee machine on the 3rd day after I went to them 4 times. 1 cup despite the fact that there were 4 of us. There was mold on the cabinets.
