It could get better, but ok.
The apartment, although old, is in a good location, close to the main avenue, where there are stores all around. It is suitable for short visits; however, I would like to highlight a few areas of concern. Firstly, the air conditioning in the living room is not ideal, malfunctioning and noisy. Secondly, the Wi-Fi was only connected on the first day of the stay. Finally, communication was unsatisfactory, with lengthy responses to questions and an undisclosed daily parking fee of US$10, despite confirmation that parking was available.
