不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
We booked this property through Expedia and were really looking forward to it. We did a cruise for our honeymoon and this hotel was our last stop before heading home. Unfortunately, it was a horrible way to end our honeymoon. The hotel is under big construction. Our room had a beautiful view but that was the only positive thing about the entire property. I have summarized our room below:
- Yellow/brown stains on pillow and bed sheets
- All rooms have adjoining doors that don’t lock properly and you could hear every single thing the person next door does. Let’s just say I know the entire life drama of our neighbour because she was on the phone for 2 hours when we were trying to sleep
- TV did not work properly and kept disconnecting
- Management is nowhere to be found and night shift staff was very rude/dismissing of my safety concerns. I did not feel safe sleeping in an adjoining room that would not lock properly. He said “all our rooms are like this”
- Dirty carpet
- Shower tub was 100 years old and dirty
- Windows were not sealed properly and wind noise was extreme (corner room)
- Woke up to construction noise
- Shower did not have a curtain (half glass) and water spilled over to washroom floor
- Plug beside bed did not work
- Luggage storage room was in their management office
Expedia has been trying to get me a refund for 2 weeks now and management is non-responsive and/or nowhere to be found. I have never had such a horrible stay at a hotel. Avoid at all cost!
