“Went with a big group to celebrate a birthday. Made dinner reservations and once everyone was at the restaurant was told they couldn’t accommodate everyone. When we arrived the AC wasn’t working for hours! About three rooms doors were extremely hard to open. On our last night at one of the restaurants, we did not the cake that we ordered and paid for!
