“The rooms were clean but we had no hot water. We contacted the stuff multiple time and got 1 day with hot water. Most of the stuff was very friendly but others not so much. Its a very nice resort for a family. If you're going away with only your spouse, I would suggest going somewhere else. They close everything early! Spa was amazing and very friendly stuff. Overall it was a good experience except for the things I mentioned.”

“Family friendly with areas for adults and kids to enjoy together or separately. Friendly staff and absolutely pristine grounds. We love this resort and have been return customers yearly!”

“The property was decent but you cannot book more than 1 restaurant for dinner in a 3 night window and most of them are already fully booked. The hotel should reach out in advance on mention that in the posting. One of the staff members was also rude, Luis at the Indian restaurant.”
