“Loved most all the wildlife, the cenotes, and the natural jungle environment. The underground tunnels and suspension bridge are an excellent plus! The resort was undergoing a few renovations to restaurants during our stay but it didn’t negatively impact our stay. They may have also led to lower occupancy but this was probably an advantage for us. The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The family rooms are big and clean! There are multiple pools, one quiet and one more……

“Everything here was amazing and very pleasant and easy to access, I can only complain that there wasn’t much variety on the food in the buffet and the taxi prices are very high when you can catch a shuttle outside about 500% cheaper and the air conditioning in the room wasn’t that cold, but as far as service it was top tier very kind and helpful ppl and it’s very beautiful and clean they are on top of it ! I would say 8.5/10”
