“This resort was overall really poor. Pool was dirty on a regular basis. Most of the cenotes were closed. Restaurants were closed. Getting a reservation was impossible. I wouldn't go back if the trip was free.”

“The rooms were clean and the place is lovely wouldn’t recommend if you are black the staff aren’t going to be as attentive to your needs as other races. The entertainment there is also very hard to find so keep that in mind. Perfect place if you are not looking to get off the resort.”

“Really nice place, first day PLS make sure you travel the rest of the resorts and understand all the activities available this will help you plan ur days better. the arcade was not included and a few water activities were additional cost as well. overall the staff were super nice and our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.
