“Sliding door does not lock lamp shocked me when I went to turn on a/c light flicking all nite ac has a short staff notified within 2 hrs. Of my stay they served vegetarian. Leftovers from supper to bkft to supper. I asked for a refund within 2 hrs. Of being there they refused I explained this is not what is shown on web page because I would never stay in a place that is in such poor condition my room smelled like mold.”

“Very nice place overall. My family and I are extremely happy. I am actually planning to come back again; however, my only comment is about the beach. There are many rocks in the ocean and around the beach entrance that make walking harder because they're in the water; you can't see them until they hit your leg, and the edges could be cleaner. I know it's nature, but the resort could do a better job keeping the beach edges clean. Besides that, the entertainment, restaurants, and the buffet are……

“The experience was great, but there could be an improvement in their restaurant reservations system. There is no alert or message of the booking, we lost one of our reservations because we were late :(. Other than that everything is awesome.”
