“Overall a great experience with some areas for improvement. A large, well laid-out resort with many opportunities for daily/nightly activities. The nature/wildlife was great and met expectations with coatis, monkeys, agoutis, and various birds everywhere. Walking paths around the cenotes provided opportunity for peaceful seclusion. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. We stayed in the Eco Family Penthouse, which was nicely laid out, and could comfortably fit a 3rd child if needed.……

“Unfortunately, I can't recommend this hotel. The buildings are very old and the rooms don't even have a mini fridge — in a hot destination like Cancun, having no way to keep water cold in your room is a real problem. The location is also a major downside. It's far from everything you'd actually want to do in Cancun, and any taxi ride costs at least $50, which adds up quickly. The food was basic and not tasty. I was looking forward to fresh tropical fruit, but what was offered didn't look fresh……

“We traveled to this resort with a group and booked two rooms. For half of our stay, we were upgraded to Preferred Club, which was a nice bonus. Overall, this is one of the nicest resorts we've stayed at in Cancun. The property is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful.
