「El hotel está muy bonito y cómodo, el parque acuático está muy bien y la zona de niños también. Sin embargo nuestra llegada estuvo complicada porque cuando nos asignaron habitación la llave no servía y tuvimos que acudir tres veces a la recepción hasta que alguien de mantenimiento acudió a revisar la chapa. Cuando abrieron la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a drenaje, no tenía jabón para las manos ni las amenidades que las demás habitaciones sí. Pedimos cambio de habitación y todo bien es la...

「Nos cambiaron de habitación por un tema de inundación, la comida del buffet no hay mucha variedad. El personal del parque no son nada amables. Todo lo demás ok.」

「Lo que mas me gusto fue El area de la piscina y la limpieza del hotel, Los tragos de Los bares no son muy Buenos, le falta mas opciones de variedad de comida」

「This was an incredible stay. We travelled with a 3mo and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe. Loved this property. The room was clean, food was nice, the pool was super fun with lots of activities throughout the day and a family friendly environment. My only tip would be to go to the buffet early so you don't have to worry about lineups. Even though we got to the buffet late a few times, it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend」
