“Overall good for last minute find. Rooms were dated, and bars close at 6pm for all inclusive. Pool area and beach area subpar. Waterpark not that amusing for kids 8 and up. Half of the bigger slides were working. Kayaks only for singles and over 16yo. Restaurants advertised are inaccessible per reservation app so pls to have all meals in the main dining area. Talked to several guests and they were having the same problem. Maybe you’ll have to sit down for an hour or so with a property/timeshare……

“The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. ”

“The food is not up to par and not consistent,not much diversity and the taste was not good overall. Difficulties booking a la carte restaurent and beach is a little bit small. The service was very good and the personnel attentive.”
