“The pool is amazing! Top notch hotel. Enrique, buffet waiter, is the best. The only downfall to this hotel is reservations to restaurants. You can only make one reservation per day and most reservations are already full. We could only get reservations at restaurants at the end of our stay because every other day was full. ”

“I want to start by saying that this review has nothing to do with the staff, every single person we encountered was amazing, kind, and attentive. A special thank you to the team at the Katok restaurant in the Akumal resort, especially Oliva, Obdulia, Francisca, the chef who came out to greet us, and the captain waiter.
