“It’s not really fair to rate a property while it’s undergoing renovations. This hotel is busy updating, and we wish them all the best with their big changes. We have stayed here several times before, and once again — despite the renovation — we found super friendly staff; a clean, comfortable room; and a very cool ambience. When this hotel is finished with its updates, it will be a dazzler. We’ll always stay here when passing through Cortez. ”

“Staff were very friendly on arrival. Informal and relaxed with some good conversation! I'm not from the USA and the owner here was a great ambassador to Colarado. Room was cozy (no pun intended) with very comfortable beds and all the facilities you could ever need. The place was clean and presentable, no faults as far as I could see. 10/10 would stay again! ”
